Mr. Osore is a resident junior environmental planning and management consultant at HESCO with over 3 years of valuable experience in environmental planning and management. He is currently pursuing a Msc. Degree in Occupational Safety and Health at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology-Institute of Energy and Environmental Technology (IEET). He is a holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Planning and Management-School of Environmental Studies of Kenyatta University.

Within the past 3 years, Brian has been involved in various local baseline studies carried out before or after implementation of projects with a focus on biophysical and social-aspects in Environmental Impact Assessment and Audits, Integrated Natural Resource Management, Rural, Urban and Regional Planning etc. Professionally, he has been involved as a participant in the preliminary ESIA for the then proposed Dongo-Kundu by-pass in Mombasa County, preliminary EIA Study for the proposed upgrading of the Moi International Airport run-way in Mombasa, the inaugural Noise Mapping Exercise at Moi International   Airport in 2013, as well as the preparation of the framework ESIA for the proposed Mitubiri Sanitary Land-Fill Project by the Directorate of Nairobi Metropolitan Development in Muranga County, for the purposes of securing international donor funding. He was also a team leader in the development of an Employee Waste Management and Awareness Manual and Training program for Moi International Airport, as well as in carrying out an Internal Environmental Audit exercise for Moi International Airport in 2013.

Mr. Osore has also been involved as an Associate expert in carrying out EIA studies for various infrastructural development projects such as commercial buildings, office parks, multi-storied residential apartments, hotels and resorts in various counties including Kajiado, Narok, Kisumu, Nairobi, Machakos and Siaya counties.
