Objective/s: To prepare a detailed Code of Practice related to Environmental Protection; Social Matters; and Health and Safety in line to the relevant regulations and international accepted best practices and norms in the construction and building industry.

 

Kenya: September 2018 to Date: Environmental and Social Impact Assessment of the Proposed Construction of 9No Highrise Residential Buildings in Lower Kabete in Kiambu County.

Objective: To prepare an ESIA report comprising of the potential and actual impacts by the project and recommend mitigation measures to abate, control or reduce their intensity while enhancing the positive ones. The report shall be submitted to NEMA for review and approval or otherwise;.

 

Kenya April 2018- Date: Environmental and Social Impact Assessment of the proposed Buuri Irrigation Scheme C/O the State Department for Crop Development- Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation  

Objective/s:  Comprising of construction of a water reservoir (a dam), conveyances, farmland connections (laterals), construction of grading and marketing sheds and construction of Irrigation Water Users Association ( IWUA) secretariat office  The Consultant is engaged to subject the irrigation project to an ESIA for submission to the National Environment Management Authority ( NEMA) for review and approval or otherwise.
